Installing the Android app

Bilu Store is a direct download for now, so Android will ask you to confirm a couple of things the first time you install it.

  1. Open the downloaded file. If Android says your browser is not allowed to install apps, tap Settings and switch on “Allow from this source” (also called “Install unknown apps”), then go back and tap Install.
  2. If Google Play Protect warns that it does not recognise the app, tap “More details”, then “Install anyway”. Android shows this for any app that is not installed from a store.
  3. Once Bilu Store is installed, you can switch “Install unknown apps” back off.
