Go to Profile → Verification → Fayda Verification. Upload a clear photo of your national Fayda ID card. Our team reviews it within 24 hours. Once verified, a badge appears on your profile and listings, building buyer trust.

Your ID document is deleted from our servers within 24 hours of approval. We store only your verified status — not the document itself. This protects your privacy.

Bilu Store uses Google OAuth, Facebook OAuth, or Email with OTP. We do not use password-based login — this means there's no password for anyone to steal. Use a trusted email account and never share your OTP.

Immediately go to Profile → Settings → Sign Out All Devices. Then contact support via the Contact page. Do not share login OTPs with anyone — Bilu Store staff will never ask for your OTP.

Unverified accounts (no Fayda verification) have a maximum deal amount of 50,000 ETB per transaction. Fayda-verified accounts can transact up to 10,000,000 ETB. Complete verification to unlock higher limits.
